Hello, we have just checked and all our 32/64GB Mate 8s have "CE 0197" on the box and stamped on the lower back of the phone. Yes, you will have to ship the phone to Hong Kong for repair, but all shipping is covered under our 14-days return policy. If the claim is after the period, we will pay for the return trip on 1-year warranty claims. 1-way shipping is about 20GBP with Royal Mail. Thank you.
