Hello, Our 64GB Mate 8 is an international model so it allows OTA. We are not sure about the ROM version but it is an official international version from Hong Kong Huawei with 100+ languages. Please note that if you phone is flashed, we will not be able to repair it at Huawei center and will instead carry out the warranty repair at certified 3rd-party repairers.
